Gameday, Inc. ("Gameday Baseball," "we," "our," or "us") provides youth baseball training programs, private and group lessons, camps, clinics, showcases, and tournament play for players of all ages and skill levels in Parker and Arvada, Colorado. Our programs are designed to develop fundamental skills, game awareness, and a love for the sport in a positive, competitive environment.

By registering for any Gameday Baseball program, camp, or service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Registration & Payment

• All registrations require full payment to secure your spot
• Spots are not guaranteed until payment is received
• Registration fees are due at the time of registration
• No purchase or payment is required to opt in to our SMS messaging program

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Gameday. These messages may include:

• Lesson booking confirmations and reminders
• Tournament schedule updates and weather alerts
• Program registration confirmations
• Important organizational announcements

Message frequency varies based on your activity and program participation. Message and data rates may apply. SMS consent and phone numbers are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. No purchase or payment is required to opt in to SMS.

Opting Out

• Reply STOP to any SMS message to immediately unsubscribe from all text communications
• Reply HELP to any SMS message for assistance
• Manage your SMS preferences in your account notification settings
• Contact us at info@gamedaybaseball.com or (303) 335-9662 to request opt-out

After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message. You may opt back in at any time by replying START or updating your notification preferences in your account.

• Cancellations made 14+ days before the program start date are eligible for a full refund minus a $25 processing fee
• Cancellations made 7-13 days before the program start date are eligible for a 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the program start date are not eligible for a refund
• No-shows are not eligible for refunds
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@gamedaybaseball.com

All participants, parents, and guests are expected to:

• Treat all players, coaches, staff, and fellow participants with respect
• Follow all facility rules and safety guidelines
• Refrain from using inappropriate language or behavior
• Support a positive learning environment for all players
• Communicate concerns directly with staff in a respectful manner

Gameday Baseball reserves the right to dismiss any participant who violates the code of conduct without refund.

Participation in baseball activities involves inherent risks including but not limited to physical injury. By registering, you acknowledge these risks and agree to hold Gameday Baseball, its staff, coaches, and affiliates harmless from any claims arising from participation in our programs.

A signed liability waiver is required for all participants before participating in any program.

In the event of inclement weather, Gameday Baseball will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected sessions. Indoor facilities may be used as alternatives when available. No refunds will be issued for weather-related schedule changes if make-up sessions are provided.
