Plenty of families do both — coached nights during the week, open facility time on the weekend.

    Which one for my player?

Three situations we hear every fall.

His swing has gotten long and nobody's fixed it.

Something specific is wrong and he needs a coach to diagnose it and rebuild the pattern with a plan behind it.

He knows what to do. He just doesn't do it enough.

Mechanics are sound and the gap is volume. He needs a warm place to hit, field and throw all winter without a schedule to keep.

We want him ready for spring tryouts.

6 weeks of instruction through early December, then eleven more weekends to make it automatic before the season starts.

    AnswerBoth

    How development actually works

Three levels, and they build on each other. Skipping one is why players plateau.

    Diagnose

    Private lessons

One coach, one player. Find the specific thing holding him back and prescribe the fix. Available year-round through Hit4Power, in the same building.

    Teach

    Winter Training Program

Small groups, set curriculum, collegiate coaching. Learn the new pattern under supervision, with a progression that builds week to week.

    Repeat

    Open Bubble Membership

Volume. Hundreds of reps across four months until the new pattern is the only one he has under pressure.
