HIGH SCHOOL PROGRAM · PLAYER DEVELOPMENT

    THE GAMEDAY BLUEPRINT

Every high school player in our program gets one. A complete development report — his season, his testing, his coach's evaluation — on his own personal page.

A scorebook tells you what a player did. It can't tell you where he stands, or what to work on. The Blueprint does both. It is built from three evaluations and delivered to every family. There is no cost, and nothing to sign up for. If he plays high school baseball at Gameday, he gets a Blueprint.

    THE SCOREBOOK

His in-game stats are all measured and analyzed — hitting, pitching, quality at-bats — and compared against the players in his own class: players his own age.

    THE TESTING

Exit velocity, arm velocity, speed, power, grip — every number assessed on a professional grading scale, against his class, with the next rung shown so he can see the next level.

    THE COACH'S EYE

A written evaluation from the coach who watched him all fall: what he's good at, what's holding him back, and his plan.

    SAMPLE REPORT

PLAYER BLUEPRINT — Class of 2028 · OF / RHP

What he did at the plate

Top quarter of his class · quality at-bats four times out of five

    What he measured at testing

    Exit velocity above his class

What his coach sees in him

Real lower-half power — the barrel path is the work

What is holding him back: one thing, named plainly — with the drill, the focus, and the coach who owns it this winter.

His next rung: exit velo 77 → 80 mph

    WHAT EVERY FAMILY RECEIVES

    • Where he stands — at the plate, on the mound, in testing, in his coach's grade
    • What he is good at — the strengths we protect while the rest improves
    • What is holding him back — the specific things, named honestly
    • His projectability — where his skills are trending, and the areas of his game he needs to improve to get there
    • His winter plan — the work, the focus, and who will coach it
    • The next rung — what it takes to move up, in numbers

It does not sit in a drawer. Parents can ask us for the full off-season plan in writing, and we will build it from the report. Blueprints are measured twice a year — in the spring, before the summer season, and again after the fall season — so a family can watch the numbers move, and so can he.

Development is not a promise here. It is a document — with his name on it, his numbers in it, and a plan at the end of it.
