Every 2027 Big League Experience weekend follows the same simple path.

Reserve with a $150 deposit to hold your team's spot.

Pay the balance at least 30 days before the tournament.

Get your schedule and play.

Game guarantee: 3 games minimum
Umpire fees: 2 umpires per game, game balls included
Game balls: Game balls provided for every game — no cost to your team
Format: 2 pool play games, then single-elimination championship bracket
Awards: Championship rings for the champion and runner-up, plus a championship banner for the champion
Refund policy: No refunds within 30 days of the tournament. See refund policy
